Dans le cadre de la mise aux normes réglementaires de l'un de ses clients dans le domaine des cosmétiques, l'entreprise, basée à Bruxelles, en Belgique, recherche un étudiant en management de la qualité avec un cursus idéalement scientifique. MISSIONS: European Regulatory Affairs Consultancy: The ECRN Intern will take part in the consultation of clients in reference to their products’ technologies, innovations and unique formulations, while also being active in the classification and regulatory solutions of cosmetic and other borderline products. Overall, these processes require diligence and creativity with an international look as well as superior analytical skills. A background in Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Natural Sciences, Chemistry, Cosmetology, and similar disciplines will be an obvious benefit. Quality Assurance Management: The ECRN Intern will be responsible for the quality assurance of all product information files received from clients – mainly in the sector cosmetics but also other biotechnology systems such as medical devices and in-vitro diagnostic devices as well as other borderline products. Gathering and analyzing documents provided by customers as well as their compliance under the essential requirements of the applicable regulation and implementing them into the internal processes will be a daily practice. Notification Procedures Management: Once the quality control of the technical documentation has been completed, the ECRN Intern will work directly with European Ministries in order to successfully submit the notification files containing the products to be placed onto the European market by the clients. Additionally, the position will require high organizational skills with the ability to prepare for control and audits by various European Competent Authorities. The ability to learn quickly, to prioritize tasks, and an enthusiasm and curiosity for new and unfamiliar topics will aid this intern to perform his duties efficiently and effectively. Remuneration en fonction du profil In order to fullfill this mission, it would be best if your level of studies were : BA or MA (4 years university) with a Business College or University (BA's and MA's) or University (Postgraduate Specialist Diploma and Postgraduate Diploma) or Scientific and Technical Degree or Accountancy qualifications or Others.
