* About the Company :
Majid Al Futtaim Hospitality Services is a hospitality division owned by Majid Al Futtaim (major conglomerate in the Middle East / www.majidalfuttaim.com); managed by Accor (leading company the Hospitality Industry with more than 4,000 hotels worldwide / www.accor.com) and composed by 6 business units:
- 5 hotels: 3 Ibis / 1 Novotel / 1 Suitenovotel / located in 3 main sites being Deira City Centre / Rigga & Mall of the Emirates.
- 1 remote Central administration (called “Central Services”) where back-office/support functions are regrouped (Finance/HR/Sales & Marketing/Reservation). This Central Administration is in charge of piloting remotely the 5 hotels’ operations.
You’ll be a key player in Central Services Finance Division team, member of MIS & Compliance department.

* Key Responsibilities
> Production of monthly reporting package to corporate office.
> Production of the management information system: Dashboards, cockpit charts and KPIs analysis to monitor business unit financial & operational performance.
> Active participation to Budgeting/forecasting process and implement related data collection / consolidation tools.
> Guarantees information accuracy at any stage of any operating cycles.
> Produce relevant business performance analysis with qualitative comments to provide guidance to field operation.


* Experience Requirement
Have significant experience (at least 2 years) in non banking financial analysis.
Specialization in industrial costing and/or experience in Audit firm are a plus.
Skills in analytical thinking & thorough understanding of MIS/Reporting IT Systems.
Pragmatic problem solver & good team player.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure.


* Technical Skills Requirement Perfect Knowledge of Microsoft Pack Office
/ Strong Excel - VBA is a plus.
Knowledge in hospitality operating systems: Micros/Opera/Fidelio.
Knowledge in business Intelligence software is a plus (Business Object / Cognos / Hyperion)

Profil recherché

Pour mener à bien cette mission, il est souhaitable que vous ayez un niveau d'étude au minimum Bac+5 et plus en Ecole de commerce.

Vous devez avoir un niveau Bilingue en : Anglais.

Le permis voiture n'est pas indispensable.
