Mission

Liaison with English clients, French banks estate agents and notaires when assisting our mortgage underwriter in obtaining mortgage finance for the purchase of french property, (assitant en preparation des dossiers de demande de pret et de justification de patrimoine).
Assistant to the tax technician and liaison with French Fiscal representatives in the preparation of French Plus-Values calculations for the non French resident. Preparation and submission of French personal annual tax returns under regime BIC simplifie. French technical tax research in compilation of tax appeals. Liaison witrh local CDI, CNR and DRESG
Familiarisation with british business accounts and payroll

Profil recherché

Pour mener à bien cette mission, il est souhaitable que vous ayez un niveau d'étude au minimum Bac+3/4 en Université (DEA et DESS).

Vous devez avoir un niveau Courant en : Anglais.

Vous aurez besoin d'avoir les compétences informatiques suivantes : Maths, IT, HTML (Moyen).

Le permis voiture n'est pas indispensable.
